Top notch customer service! I recently bought a used car that needed repairs done to pass MD state inspection. I dropped it off at 3pm and they had all the repairs and state inspection done the next day! Staff is extremely kind and very honest about your car. They were even willing to stay open during a snow storm so I could come pick up my car. I had a great experience with J & H Tires and look forward to getting all car work done by them in the future.

My mom felt bad she left on 1/16/2024. She doesn't really know anything about cars. J&H called her on 1/17/2024 and apologized to her about the quote. They explained everything to her and she does understand now why the price had changed. J&H tire has always treated my mom with respect and she drives a 2002 Toyota Camry so she does understand that things do fall apart. She is very happy with J&H tire and she will continue to take her car there

My mom brought her car in for a oil change and lower control arms on Friday and told it would be done the same day. The car was not done until Monday 1/15/2024. She was a little upset because she was told it would cost her 1,000 but it cost her over 2,000. She will get over it. But next time I hope they give her the correct quote
