Just bought a car and wanted to have it looked over before my ten day money back guarantee was up and Andy did a phenomenal job looking over my car, very detail oriented & even sent me a text and email detailing all the things that my car may need in the near future. The only thing that I’ve replaced was the air filter. I've never had such a wonderful experience as I have with J & H but now that I have they will be my “good to mechanics” from this day forward! Thank you so much for such great and personal service! I will spread the word around my neck of the woods! P.S. I’m from Hartford County and it’s worth the drive to take my car there! J and H Tires were very professional when it comes to customer service. They were on time with everything, and they even gave me a ride back to my house when they were working on my car. I would reccommend them to anyone.

My mom felt bad she left on 1/16/2024. She doesn't really know anything about cars. J&H called her on 1/17/2024 and apologized to her about the quote. They explained everything to her and she does understand now why the price had changed. J&H tire has always treated my mom with respect and she drives a 2002 Toyota Camry so she does understand that things do fall apart. She is very happy with J&H tire and she will continue to take her car there

My mom brought her car in for a oil change and lower control arms on Friday and told it would be done the same day. The car was not done until Monday 1/15/2024. She was a little upset because she was told it would cost her 1,000 but it cost her over 2,000. She will get over it. But next time I hope they give her the correct quote

Rick is awesome, he helped me so much. My car broke down at Hopkins, I waited 5 hours for a tow. Called him and he recommended the towing company they always use.They were there less than 30 min. They fixed my car, next day I had it back. Been going to J&H a while, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again guys, y’all are amazing.

Had an unfortunate car break down 2hrs away from home. Rick and the team and J&H Tires were extremely accommodating and helpful. Stress free repairs while communicating the entire time. They run a compassionate and friendly business. Highly recommend and am thankful I used them.
