First time I have been there and had an amazing experience. They did not try and pressure me into getting anything more than I originally came for, but also educated me on what to think about getting done in the future. Also very high tech! provided me with a link to a report of my car fully inspected and areas to consider getting worked on. will be back!

Rick is awesome, he helped me so much. My car broke down at Hopkins, I waited 5 hours for a tow. Called him and he recommended the towing company they always use.They were there less than 30 min. They fixed my car, next day I had it back. Been going to J&H a while, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again guys, y’all are amazing.

Looking for GREAT customer service. Look no further. I bought my tires here with the hazard protection. Later, I had a nail in my tire and only a small window of time where I could get it fixed. They made room for me in their schedule and wham bam boom it's fixed..... I highly recommend. Very professional and accommodating with knowledgeable employees too.
