Just bought a car and wanted to have it looked over before my ten day money back guarantee was up and Andy did a phenomenal job looking over my car, very detail oriented & even sent me a text and email detailing all the things that my car may need in the near future. The only thing that I’ve replaced was the air filter. I've never had such a wonderful experience as I have with J & H but now that I have they will be my “good to mechanics” from this day forward! Thank you so much for such great and personal service! I will spread the word around my neck of the woods! P.S. I’m from Hartford County and it’s worth the drive to take my car there! A new satisfied, customer!!! 😁

J & H Tire service I had on May 17 was 5 stars! However, reaching this page to write my review was not so good. I had to update my Google Account, chose a new user name, a password provide verification number and on and on, just to write a review! My computer prinicples are simple: If you, or anybody, require a user id and password to access your site, I'm not the least bit interested. Reason: Too many, way too many, user id & password requirements in this world. More is irratating and unwelcomed!

Very pleased with my service. Was notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up as well as being informed of other services that may need to be tended to. Did not try to rush me into these other services that were brought to my attention. Very friendly staff.

Needed a state inspection to register my vehicle. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Dropoff was easy too. I ended up having to replace a part to pass the inspection, but once I did, verifying the fix took less than 10 minutes at no extra charge. Excellent service.
