I have used J&H Tires several times now, and each time they seem to impress me more. They're always very accommodating and helpful, and the prices are fair on everything. The service team even puts together a series of recommendations for you based on their visual diagnostic of your vehicle. For example, if you go for a tire rotation or new set of tires, while they have your car up they'll check your brake system, alignment, tire wear, etc. There's never any pressure to do anything additional, but they'll give you a heads up if they recommend replacing your brake pads or getting a front-end alignment done...things like that. They've definitely earned my trust over the years. Thanks for all you've done for me and my family so far!

Dropped off my car at 7:45 Friday morning just for an alignment. They call me at 2:30 to tell me they cant align it because my car was too low even though they aligned it last time it was low. Now i dont have a car over the weekend. Thanks.

When attempting to pull your car onto our alignment rack, we found that the front bumper sat significantly lower than before, which created a risk of damage to your vehicle. To avoid that, we chose not to proceed and referred you to a specialty shop better suited for lowered vehicles. We understand the inconvenience and wish the situation could have gone differently. While we may not be the right fit for your vehicle’s current setup, we appreciate the opportunity to have assisted you in the past and wish you all the best moving forward.

Professional, good customer service which in this day and age can be hard to find. Don was knowledgable, and this place did an excellent job replacing my 4 tires, alignment, and replacing my battery. Pricing was decent, and I will be returning for any additional services. Parking is a bit tight, unsure if there is additional parking, but in front is minimal parking.

Awesome, family owned and operated. Finally a repair shop where you can trust. Fixed my car and even had to correct some things the previous repair shop did wrong. Customer for life!
