Have you ever!? suddenly had a car issue that made you shout out DAMN now what!!? "Now I again have to find a mechanic I think is going to be honest and not going to burn me". Well this is exactly what happened to me. the good thing this time was I had a reputable referral, although I was iffy. because one the ole being a female going to a mechanic along thingy and two because I've been shelling out money on my car as if I can afford it to places that half ass fixed the problem. car dealer included. So before going to them I did a lot of research on my car make and model (because I've had enough) stuff like quality of parts used, complaints from other buyers, recalls, videos etc, etc. y'all I bought the car new! It's just ten years old. I know now do not buy a Chevy. I don't care how good it looks. let me tell you when those warranties expires and when you just want someone to call your personal trustworthy good and experienced mechanic. So here I was J&H Tires. don't let the word tires fool you. they are more than that. This place!!! first the customer service is not like any that I've experienced AWESOME to the Maxx! and their protocol finding and getting to the problem is awesome! you get the diagnostic. you get the photos of the problem with explanations thoroughly explained. you get to meet your mechanics. you get (in some cases) a loaner car. And mostly phenomenal work with a warranty. I'm happy I highly recommend J&H Tires
