I have taken my car to J&H Tires for a few year and have received excellent service that is prompt and honest. My windshield wiper on the passenger side was broken during the recent snowstorm. It was under warranty and they gave me a neew one with no service fee, plus they put air in my tires. I highly recommend them.

I took my car to have the inspection needed for my Maryland registration. I am so happy I called J&H tire. New to Maryland I didn’t know where to go. Very professional and extremely pleasant garage. Took care of my needs same day and very reasonable. I will not go anywhere else.

Third trip back thinking I still had repairs to finish. Big surprise, everything had been done and I didn’t have to pay anything. Since I already got my money together to pay for what I thought had to be done I went ahead and decided to replace brake pads and rotors. They were on the recommended list. The guys were really gracious, easy to joke with, gave me rides back to home and picked me up later once my car was ready. They really go all out to make their customers comfortable. Reliable and trustworthy. I will keep going back.

Very thorough. Items recommended were broken into 3 categories: red = needs repair, yellow = monitor, and green = no repairs needed. Did not try to talk me into unnecessary repairs.
