What to Check in July Here are five essential services to help your car survive (and thrive) in the summer heat: Battery Test Hot weather shortens battery life. If your battery is more than 3 years old, get it tested before it fails unexpectedly. Oil & Fluid Check Engine oil, coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid should all be at the proper level and condition. We'll top them off or recommend replacement if needed. Tire Inspection & Rotation Summer driving increases wear on your tires. We'll check pressure, tread depth, and wear-and rotate them for even longevity and safety.
