Took my Jetta there to be inspected. An hour later car passed, Excellent customer service. Ron, Andy and Dale are great. Thank you, everyone.

Made my first visit here after I got a nail in my tire (as luck would have it) in my own driveway. They had me out in less than 30 minutes and, best of all, charged me only $20. They have my business from now on.

I had some work done and I wasn't 100% happy. I am very pleased to say after speaking with the owner and son my issues are being resolved. I would give 10 stars for customer service. I had an initial hiccup with this shop but they resolved it so quickly and generally want to provide great service. This is why I love small businesses they still have pride in their work. Thank you so much I truly appreciate everything.

J & H Tires Exemplary Service!!! Ronnie Wasmer thoroughly inspected my son’s first vehicle as if it were his own; He did not overlook anything. In addition, his expert mechanics were able to repair all issues with quality parts. It was worth traveling 49 miles for the same excellent service that his father, Harold Wasmer, had provided for me 32 years ago with my first vehicle. It is reassuring to know there are still mechanics out there that you can trust. I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

I just moved to MD so I had to get the vehicle inspected to get my tags. I took it here due to the proximity to my house. This is the most dishonest shop they told me I needed a alignment and 2 new tires that they would gladly do the work for $600+ I told them no thank you. I took it to 2 other places that told me my tires and alignment were just fine no work needed. Had to spend $300.00 to fix something that they said was wrong cause they wouldn't pass till I fixed it all. This company is a bunch of scam artists. They use the inspection station to force people to get unnecessary work done. So in summary don't use this company if you want a inspection done. The other people who left reviews have got to be connected to the company none of them are true in any fashion.
